Leah Fina

Leah Fina is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Associate Director of Talent Management at Collins Aerospace, where responsibilities include talent management, succession planning, learning and development, organizational effectiveness, culture, engagement, and change management for the Avionics business unit. Prior to this role, Leah held positions such as Sr. HR Manager for Organizational Effectiveness and Sr. Manager of Human Resources at UTC Aerospace Systems, as well as roles at Goodrich Corporation. Leah's career began in a Human Resources Leadership Program at Goodrich, complemented by a co-op experience at Pella Corporation. Leah holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies from Iowa State University, with a minor in Entrepreneurial Studies.
