Lindsay Steenstra

Lindsay Steenstra is an experienced technical manager with a strong background in aerospace engineering and project management. Currently serving as the A220 and E190/195 Program Technical Manager and Actuation Equipment Team Lead at Collins Aerospace since December 2018, Lindsay manages day-to-day workflows across multiple programs, ensures on-time delivery of internal customer requirements, and oversees budget compilation and reporting. Previous roles include Nacelle Integration Lead and Validation and Verification Manager at UTC Aerospace Systems, where Lindsay coordinated design solutions and managed compliance for nacelle components. Earlier experience at Esterline Defense Technologies involved leading the production ramp-up of military-grade glowsticks and improving manufacturing processes. Lindsay holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
