Mankaran's career began at Tata Chemicals as Assistant Manager - Projects, focusing on project execution and infrastructure development. Mankaran holds an MBA in Operations Management from Symbiosis Institute of Operations Management and a B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from Punjab Technical University.
