Martha Swift, CF.APMP, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in proposal management and business development. Currently serving as the Senior Manager for the Capture Advancement Team at Collins Aerospace since 2014, Martha leads a team of proposal specialists and graphic artists. Prior roles include Senior Bid and Proposal Manager at National Government Services, where Martha oversaw proposal teams for high-value contracts, and Director of Bids and Proposals at CCE Inc., where Martha achieved over $300M in contracts and was responsible for comprehensive proposal strategy and execution.
