Muharrem Ayar

Muharrem Ayar, PhD, MBA, is a Principal Technical Program Manager at Collins Aerospace, specializing in Connected Aviation Solutions since December 2018. With extensive experience in avionics projects, such as overseeing an $18M Traffic Surveillance initiative and managing teams for an $80M project, Muharrem has demonstrated strong leadership and project management skills. Previous roles include Electronics Systems Engineer at Gulfstream Aerospace, where contributions to the G500 & G600 projects were made, and a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Florida, leading advanced research on Cyber-Physical Systems. Educational qualifications include a PhD and a Master’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering, along with an MBA from the University of Florida.
