Reece Adams

Reece Adams, EIT, currently serves as a Project Engineer at Janicki Industries, where responsibilities include developing new process verifications for composite aerospace assemblies and monitoring project health through design reviews. Prior experience includes working as a Research Assistant at HYPER Laboratory, conducting various mechanical tests on materials such as Polyamide 11 and ceramic-reinforced aluminum, as well as contributing to the development of the Cryogenic Accelerated Fatigue Tester. Reece also held an Engineering Intern position at Unitech Aerospace, where assistance was provided in producing aircraft components, and worked as a Technical Assistant at the Composite Materials & Engineering Center, validating the mechanical performance of wood composite laminates. Reece holds a Master of Science in Materials Science and Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Materials Science and Engineering from Washington State University.
