Rhea Villanueva

Rhea Villanueva is an experienced business leader in the field of human resources and management, currently serving as the Business Unit Head for Seating at Collins Aerospace since March 2019, while also holding the position of Director of Human Resources in the Philippines. Prior to this, Rhea operated as the Vice President of the People Department and Director of Human Resources at Cebu Pacific Air from July 2013 to March 2019. Rhea's educational background includes an Executive MBA in Business Administration from the Asian Institute of Management (2021-2023), a course in Business Strategy for HR from INSEAD (2017), and a course in Finance for Non-Finance at the Asian Institute of Management (2012). Rhea also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde (1998-2001) and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Assumption College (1995-1997).
