Tonya Nicholson, MBA, is an accomplished professional in the aerospace industry, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Strategy for Electric Power Systems at Collins Aerospace since November 2018. With a strong foundation in quality assurance and management, Tonya has held various roles at UTC Aerospace Systems, including Senior Manager of Supplier Quality and Quality Engineer, and has developed leadership skills as the General Manager for Sodexo at Northern Illinois University. Tonya's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from Rockford University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Visual Communications from Northern Illinois University.
