Yaina Dejesus

Yaina DeJesus, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Landing Gear Commercial Operations & Program Finance at Collins Aerospace, a position held since January 2023. Prior to this role, Yaina accumulated extensive experience at Pratt & Whitney from July 2020 to January 2023, where multiple titles included Associate Director of Finance, encompassing areas such as AutoAir Controller and Aftermarket Operations. Previous roles at Collins Aerospace involved Associate Director of Finance for FlightSense Programs and Senior Finance Manager of FlightSense, along with positions held at UTC Aerospace Systems and Hamilton Sundstrand as Senior Finance Manager and Analyst, respectively. Yaina began career development through various Financial Leadership Program roles across several UTC entities. Yaina holds an MBA in Accounting from Elms College, obtained in August 2021, and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the same institution, awarded in 2007.
