Carlos Andres Ocampo

Carlos Andres Ocampo has a strong work history that spans over two decades. Carlos Andres began their career at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York in 1999, working in facilities. In 2000, they joined Crothall Healthcare as a Training Manager/Assistant Director, a role they held until 2006. Since 2005, they have been with Collins Building Services, Inc., starting as an Account Project Manager and progressing to Senior Operations Manager. Currently, they serve as the Director of Operations at Collins Building Services, Inc.

Carlos Andres Ocampo has a diverse education history. In 2006 to 2008, they attended TCI College, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Occupational Studies in Facilities Management. Following this, in 2007, Carlos pursued studies in Real Estate at York College. Moving forward to 2013, they enrolled at Mechanics' Institute, focusing on the Fundamentals of Facilities Management & Space Planning.

Carlos sought further professional development through various certifications. In 2014, they acquired LEED v4 from BOMA and in the same year, completed a 16 Hour Suspended Scaffold user training course and a 16 Hour Rigging Foreman course at Spiderstaging. Additionally, Carlos received a Rigger Certificate in 2016 from TSC Training Academy, specializing in 30 Special Rigger. Carlos Andres also completed an 8 Hour Special Rigger Refresher and Special Rigger Certification program at TSC Training Academy in 2015.

Furthermore, Carlos holds additional certifications including New York City Fire Guard for High/Low rise buildings, Marinas, Schools, and Shelters, and Stand Pipe and Sprinkler Systems. Carlos Andres has also received training in Improvised Explosive Device Counterterrorism from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Regulated Medical Waste Shipment Management, and a Special Rigger License issued by the NYC Department of Buildings. Notably, Carlos possesses knowledge in New York City Real Estate/Building code, OSHA, OSHA 30, DEP, and NYS DOL Mold Remediation Contractor.
