Paul Smith

Paul Smith is an experienced Senior Highway Engineer with a robust career spanning over three decades in civil engineering and project management. Currently serving at Collins Engineers, Inc. since May 2021, Smith has held prior senior roles at WSP USA and The Louis Berger Group, focusing on highway and drainage design for significant infrastructure projects, including the Hampden Bridge Bundle Project and the MBTA Bridge Replacement. Previous positions include Senior Civil Engineer at CB&I and Shaw Group, where responsibilities encompassed civil reports, stormwater drainage system design, and contract specifications.
