Seth J. Lemoine

Seth Lemoine is a civil/structural engineer with over 22 years of experience in the transportation and civil/site development industries, with a recent focus on above and underwater bridge inspections and analysis of bridges. He is the Regional Manager of Collins’ office in East Greenwich, Rhode Island, and is responsible for strategic business leadership, building and strengthening client relationships, providing leadership for staff growth and development, providing oversight, management, and quality control and assurance on all projects completed within the region.

Seth joined Collins in 2016 after working in municipal government for over ten years as an engineer and public works director, where he gained a unique insight into the multitude of challenges that face municipalities and developed solutions to overcome those challenges. Since joining Collins, Seth has incorporated and built upon his experiences through above and underwater structural inspections and engineering analysis of bridges, piers, piles, wharves, and bulkheads.

Seth embraces challenges and takes pride in his attention to detail and commitment to ensuring the integrity and accuracy of deliverables to the client. He demonstrates a commitment to taking care of his talented team of engineers and administrators, peers, and clients. He is an active member of national organizations including ACEC and ASCE, as well as their local chapters.
