Thomas M. Collins

Tom M. Collins has over 25 years of engineering experience in the planning, design, inspection, and construction of transportation, waterfront, and water management facilities. Tom has led large project teams, having overseen more than $2.5 billion of construction for roadways, bridges, major interchanges, and other infrastructure projects.

He has a passion for using technology to improve engineering quality and efficiency while producing quantifiable and repeatable results. Tom promotes the use of LiDAR, sonar, UAS, reality-imaging, and specialized software to provide our engineers the best tools to communicate results-driven reporting and enhance asset management for our clients.

As Executive Vice President, he oversees alternative project delivery (Design-Build, CMGC, and P3) and engineering technology initiatives in addition to his corporate duties.
