Alex Hawley

Alex Hawley has a diverse professional background in service assurance and technical operations, currently serving as a Service Assurance Manager at Collinson since July 2022, after holding the position of Service Delivery Analyst. Prior experience includes working at Deutsche Bank as a Major Incident Management Support from March 2021 to July 2022, and at FDM Group in Technical Operations from January 2021 to July 2022. Alex's career commenced in the British Army, where responsibilities included Electronic Warfare and Signals Intelligence from June 2015 to December 2020. Alex holds a Higher National Diploma in Film/Cinema/Video Studies from Edge Hill University, studied from 2010 to 2012, and completed secondary education at Prince Henry's Grammar School from 2003 to 2010.
