Iho Chen

Iho Chen is an accomplished Country Manager for Collinson in Japan since March 2025, bringing extensive experience in digital product management and strategic partnerships from prior roles at Goldman Sachs and Mastercard. At Goldman Sachs, Iho Chen held a position focused on strategic partnerships and digital strategy from September 2021 to January 2025. Prior to that, at Mastercard, Iho Chen served as Head of Products & Innovation, leading initiatives in strategic partnerships and new business opportunities. Earlier career experiences include key leadership positions at Citi, where responsibilities included managing strategic partner engagement and marketing leadership for Citicards Japan. Iho Chen holds a Master’s degree in Operations Research from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from National Taiwan University.
