Kevin Suddarth has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Kevin started their career at May Company - Thalhimers Corporate Division in 1989 and worked as an Account Manager and Bill Adjustment Supervisor. Kevin later became a Collections Manager at May Company - Thalhimers Corporate Division. In 1991, they joined May Company - Famous Barr Division as a Customer Service Manager.
In 1994, Kevin joined Crestar Bank as a Customer Service Manager before moving on to Connexions Loyalty in 1996. At Connexions Loyalty, they held multiple positions including Client Relations Manager, Account Executive, Director of Sales, Director of Operations, and Vice President of Account Management.
In 2015, Kevin joined Novitex Enterprise Solutions as the Director of Client Engagement - Financial Services. Kevin then joined Switchfly LLC in 2017, where they served as Vice President of Strategic Account Management and later as Executive Vice President of Client Service Operations. Currently, Kevin is working as the Vice President of Strategic Account Development at Collinson since September 2020.
Throughout their career, Kevin has demonstrated strong leadership skills, successfully transforming failing account management organizations, and driving revenue growth. Kevin has also been responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing operations, and implementing strategic initiatives.
Kevin Suddarth obtained an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Richard Bland College of William & Mary from 1984 to 1986. From 1986 to 1989, they attended Virginia Commonwealth University and earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree with a major in Marketing and a minor in Psychology. Additionally, they hold certifications such as PMC-Level III from Pragmatic Institute, Life and Health Insurance, Property and Casualty Insurance as a Licensed Agent, and is an alumni of Disney Institute's Quality Management program.
