Prior to this, Vicki worked as an Independent Consultant at Quintessentially, where strategic transformations for B2B commercial teams were implemented. Vicki's tenure at MasterCard spanned nearly a decade and included roles such as Vice President of Loyalty Solutions Europe. Early career experiences include positions at Morgan Stanley, American Express, Wolters Kluwer, and Sitel, where foundational skills in product development, marketing, and account management were established.
