Colleen Davis, MBA, is an experienced professional in the fields of human resources and business management. Currently serving as the Director of HRIS & Payroll at CollisionRight since September 2022, Colleen also founded Colleen Dreams Again in December 2018, focusing on empowering women to restore their heart and reclaim their life. Previously, Colleen held various roles including Business Manager at Flags Galore Decor & More, Director of Communications and Administration at Journey Community Church, and HR Business Consultant at CMD Consulting. Colleen's expertise extends to HR processes, compliance, and strategic human capital management, demonstrated through roles with organizations such as Ameritraining, XPO Logistics, and ClearPath HR. Colleen is also an active community member, having served as a Council Member for the Village of Plain City. Educational credentials include an MBA from Franklin University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Ohio Dominican University.
