Steve Voulgaris

Steve Voulgaris, P.Eng, is a seasoned engineering and project management professional with significant leadership experience across multiple sectors. Currently serving as Vice President at Colm Engineering Ltd, Steve oversees the growth and effectiveness of planning and engineering development services, as well as utility and municipal design groups. Prior roles include Senior Project Manager at DPM Energy Inc, managing major infrastructure projects in the Greater Toronto Area, and various managerial positions at Toronto Hydro, where responsibilities ranged from managing construction and engineering teams to overseeing power system event management.
