Ryan B.

Ryan B. has extensive work experience at Colmac Coil Manufacturing, Inc. Ryan started in 2008 as the Production Engineering Manager, where they led a team of CAD designers and coordinated production procedures. In 2012, they were promoted to Plant Manager, responsible for directing and coordinating manufacturing operations in two shifts and leading cost reduction initiatives. Currently, Ryan is serving as the Vice President of Operations since 2019, where they provide leadership to three shifts and oversees manufacturing, engineering, purchasing, inventory, and shipping departments. Ryan focuses on cost reduction, continuous improvement, and development of manufacturing methods and processes.

Ryan B. attended the University of Idaho from 2000 to 2006. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering.
