Thomas Lavery

Thomas Lavery started their work experience in 1988 as a Line Lead at Hoyt Archery Inc. Thomas later became a Production Manager, where they directed activities in different production areas and implemented scheduling tools to improve workflow and productivity. Lavery also collaborated with the maintenance department to ensure equipment safety and implemented lean manufacturing practices. In 2013, they became the Quality Assurance Manager at Hoyt Archery, where they strategically inspected and reported quality assurance issues, monitored operations, and supervised personnel. Thomas increased team productivity, developed training programs, and created management system training for managers. Lavery joined Coda Octopus Colmek in 2019 as a Quality Manager, supporting engineering development and production and coordinating inspections and ISO quality system management.
