Nishant Sinha is an accomplished entrepreneur with a strong background in the hospitality industry. As the Founder of Roastery Coffee House since May 2017, Nishant Sinha focuses on creating unique coffee dining experiences, with an ambitious goal of establishing 50 cafes in 50 different cities around the world. Additionally, Nishant Sinha has been the Founder of Colocal Chocolates since October 2020. Nishant Sinha holds a degree in Hotel Management from the State Institute of Hotel Management (IHM Jodhpur), where education was completed from April 2004 to March 2007.

Colocal Chocolates
We are Bean to bar, Indian single origin hand-crafted chocolate makers with unique flavours and enchanting experiences. Bean-to-bar is simply making the chocolates from scratch, at Colocal, we take you through the entire process from sourcing the bean to the creation of the bar. Each cacao pod is hand harvested, plucked, sorted, dried and fermented before it is brought to our Chocolate factory for the next steps. Scroll down to see our Chocolate making process. Our Chocolates are made with added cocoa butter and less sugar, no flavourings or preservatives.
