Julieta Moreno Molina

Julieta Moreno Molina is a consultant at both 19/76 and the Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social de Colombia since 2021 and January 2018, respectively. As an educator, Julieta serves as a professor of Bioethics in the Undergraduate Medicine program at Universidad CES and previously taught in the Master's program in Palliative Care at Universidad Antonio Nariño. Medical expertise includes advisory roles in public health and community interventions at FEM Fundación por la Educación Multidimensional from 2011 to 2023, and providing home care for terminally ill patients at Cuidarte tu salud IPS and CEPAIN IPS. Julieta holds a Master's degree and a specialization in Bioethics from Universidad El Bosque and completed medical training at Universidad de Cartagena.
