Thomas Sorban

Thomas Sorban has a solid background in the food service industry, currently serving as Chef de projet and Manager at Columbus Café & Co since April 2015. Prior experience includes working as an Employé at POULAILLON from October 2013 to April 2015, and as a Représentant technico-commercial at Trapy Pro from August 2011 to January 2013. Thomas began a career in management at McDonald's, where responsibilities included roles as Chef d'équipe and Equipier from July 2009 to July 2011. Thomas holds a BTS in Commerce from Lycée Pape Clément, obtained between 2009 and 2011.
