Sarah Coley

Sarah Coley brings her background and experience in motivation research, combined with program evaluation, to craft a learning experience rooted in the perspective of each participant. At Northern Illinois University, Sarah worked with teams to understand and drive enhanced student learning. She supported research for the US Air Force Family Advocacy Program, which was dedicated to developing a deeper understanding of domestic violence. A passionate believer in the importance of ongoing mentorship, Sarah has continued to work with undergraduate students in lab settings and in partnership with the Truist Leadership Institute.
