Adam Beltrame

Adam Beltrame has a diverse work experience spanning several different roles and industries. Adam is the current Lead Senior Business Analyst at Colonial First State, where they lead a team in delivering backlog user stories via an agile methodology. Prior to this, Adam was the Managing Director of Global Dance Works Pty Ltd, where they provided leadership and strategic direction for the event management business. Adam also held the position of Lead Senior Business Analyst at Commonwealth Bank, working on various Regulatory Reform projects. Before that, Adam worked at Colonial First State as a Compliance and Business Process Analyst and a Contact Centre Services Team Coach. Adam has also worked at Tallemu as an IT Services Manager and at Electrolux as a Service Desk Manager.

Adam Beltrame completed a Certificate IV in Web & Graphic Design from TAFE NSW in 2002-2003. Prior to that, they also earned a Certificate IV in Business Management from TAFE NSW in 1999-2000. Additionally, they obtained a School Certificate from Peakhurst High School in 1995.
