Carolyn Gill has a wide range of work experience in various roles and companies. Carolyn started their career in 1997 at Australian Administration Services, where they worked as a Senior Administrator in Customer Service before transitioning to the role of Operations Support Business Analyst and then Team Manager for National Operations Support. In 2006, they joined Colonial First State, where they held multiple positions including Customer Service Team Manager, Business Support Analyst, Business Change Leader for Operational Excellence, Manager of Customer Relations, and Organizational Change Manager. Currently, they serve as the Portfolio Change Lead at Colonial First State.

Carolyn Gill attended Deakin University from 1992 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Education degree in Education.
