Oscar Chen

Oscar Chen, FIAA, is a Senior Actuary with extensive experience in insurance, superannuation, and retirement strategy. They currently serve as Senior Manager of Retirement Strategy at Colonial First State and have previously held the position of Senior Product Actuary at Challenger Limited, where they supported pricing and product development for retirement income solutions. Oscar has also worked as an Associate Director at KPMG Australia, contributing to advisory and audit services within life insurance and superannuation sectors.
