Amy Slaybaugh

Amy Slaybaugh currently serves as the Lead Landscape Designer and Landscape Services Department Manager at Colonial Gardens, a DCA Outdoor Company, starting September 2023. Previously, Amy held the position of Landscape Designer at Soil Service Nursery from March 2023 to September 2023 and owned and operated Petal & Vine, LLC, a cut flower farm, from March 2021 to January 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Department Manager and Seasonal Color Specialist at The Greensman Inc from April 2013 to January 2022, where responsibilities encompassed shrub and bed maintenance, tree care, and seasonal color design. Early career roles involved working as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, and Data Analyst at A/R Recovery, and event planning and production at Lander's Visions/Spellbound. Amy earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology/Anthropology from Richmond, The American International University in London, and a Certificate in Project Management from Johnson County Community College.
