Tom Dupuis

Mr. Dupuis is responsible for the strategic development and delivery of products ensuring that Colonial Life maintains a leadership position in terms of breadth and competitive strength in the market.

Dupuis started his leadership career at Unum in 1992 and has served in various leadership roles in benefits, market development, and at Unum UK before leading products at Colonial Life.

Dupuis has a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Maine. He is active as a volunteer for Anywhere Outside, an organization that promotes the love and enjoyment of the outdoors through the support and development of outdoor recreational resources, scholarships, and activities. Dupuis also serves on the Anywhere Outside Board.
