Phillip Higginbotham

Phillip Higginbotham is an experienced professional in the pipeline engineering sector, currently serving as Manager of CPM and Simulation at Colonial Pipeline Company since March 2021. Previously, roles included Supervisor of Leak Detection & Simulation and Senior Pipeline Software Engineer, where Phillip was involved in designing and testing CPM systems. At Plains All American, from March 2006 to September 2020, Phillip held the position of Engineer IV in the Leak Detection Group, contributing to the transition of the department and developing tools to enhance individual segment performance. Prior experience at Universal Ensco, from July 2002 to March 2006, included managing field procedures during pigging operations and overseeing engineering calculations for pipeline installations. Phillip holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University-Kingsville, obtained between 1999 and 2002.
