Todd Bond

Todd Bond has extensive experience in the field of planning and development, currently serving as the Director of Planning for Commercial Development and Construction at Colonial Properties Trust since April 2005. Prior to this role, Todd worked as a Planning Manager at Bayer Properties from April 2003 to April 2005 and as a Project Planning Coordinator at AIG Baker from August 1999 to March 2003. Todd's career began as Vice President at Capstone Development from 1997 to 1999. Todd holds a Master of Architecture and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Michigan, which were completed between 1990 and 1994.
