Pamela Pierce

Pamela Pierce has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources. Pamela currently holds the position of Director, Employee Experience and Culture at the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation since June 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at the same organization from June 2022 to February 2024. Before joining the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation, Pamela served as the Human Resources Manager at LaRS Group from February 2020 to June 2022. Their earlier experience includes working as a Human Resources/Senior Accountant at WTKR/WGNT TV from January 2008 to November 2019, where they were responsible for payroll processing, salary changes, and employee recordkeeping. Pamela also held the position of HR/Payroll Coordinator at KING'S CREEK PLANTATION 191 Cottage Cove Lane from January 2001 to January 2008, where they managed payroll processing and utilized ADP system for queries and reports.

Pamela Pierce attended Post University from 2015 to 2016 and obtained a Human Resource Management Certificate. Pamela then pursued a Bachelors in Business Management from the same university from 2016 to 2026, specializing in Business Administration and Management.
