Christian Ruppe

Christian Ruppe serves as the Chief Innovation Officer and Senior Vice President at Colony Bank since August 2022, where responsibilities include leading innovation initiatives and fostering a customer-centric culture. Previously, Christian held positions at Horicon Bank, starting as Vice President of Digital Banking before transitioning to Vice President of Innovation and Strategy, focusing on technology vision, marketing alignment, fintech partnerships, and project implementation. Prior to Horicon Bank, Christian co-founded and served as Chief Executive Officer of Monotto, a savings engagement tool for financial institutions. Early in the career, Christian gained experience as a Marketing Production Coordinator at Patriots Point Naval & Maritime Museum.
