Kim Sporle

Kim Sporle is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in merchandising and design, currently serving as a Member of Women in Retail Leadership Circle since November 2024. Since June 2017, Kim has held the position of Executive Director - Merchandising & Design at Colony Brands, Inc., after previously advancing through roles including Divisional Planning Manager. Prior experience includes significant contributions at Lands' End from March 2011 to May 2017, where Kim served as Senior Merchandise Manager for women's apparel and held various positions managing kids’ apparel. Additional experience includes a role as Merchandise Analyst at Kohl's from September 2008 to February 2011. Kim holds an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison (2019-2021) and a BS in Retail Management from the same institution (2004-2008).
