Alice Velasquez

Alice Velasquez has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Alice began their career in 2014 as a Real Estate Assistant at BIM Berliner Immobilienmanagement GmbH, where they gained valuable insight and hands-on experience in property acquisitions and analysis. In 2015, they joined Colony Capital, Inc. as a Managing Director, where they specialized in the acquisition and management of residential and commercial real estate assets. Their responsibilities included business development, asset valuation, client acquisition, negotiation, and team management. Throughout their career, Alice demonstrated strong leadership skills and an entrepreneurial spirit in a highly competitive real estate market.

Alice Velasquez obtained a Master of Science degree in Diplomacy, Network Base from Chengdu University (CDU) from the years 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Science degree in Philosophy and Physics from Moscow State University from 2010 to 2012. Alice also holds additional certifications, including an ASQ-Certified Six Sigma Black Belt from ASQ - World Headquarters obtained in October 2017, and a certification in Introduction to Operations Management from Coursera Course Certificates obtained in November 2015.
