Nicholas Malehorn

Nicholas Malehorn has held several positions in the real estate industry. Nicholas began their career in 2007 as a Senior Development Analyst at The Altman Companies. Nicholas then joined Starwood Capital Group in 2010 as a Senior Associate. In 2013, they moved to Penn-Florida Companies, where they worked in Development & Acquisitions until 2016. From 2016 to 2020, they were the Director of Portfolio Management at Colony Capital, Inc. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Acquisitions at Colony Hills Capital, a position they have held since 2020.

Nicholas Malehorn has earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from the University of Maryland. Nicholas has also pursued further education at the University of Miami, where they obtained a Masters of Science degree. No specific field of study was mentioned for either degree.
