Christine Duggan

Christine Duggan is an experienced professional with a robust background in management and customer service. Currently serving as the Business Change Lead for a CRM project at Coloplast since January 2005, Christine has previously held roles such as Customer Service Team Leader, where the management of a telephone-based team was key to achieving business SLAs. Prior to Coloplast, Christine worked as a Plan Administrator at Denplan from Simplyhealth, effectively managing patient appointments and completing policies. With a decade of experience as a Branch Manager at Halifax, Christine excelled in generating leads and growing credit business. Earlier career roles included various positions after leaving the Army, culminating in administrative roles in HM Forces, where Christine attained the rank of Lance Corporal and handled sensitive administrative tasks.
