Elena Cuadrado

Elena Cuadrado is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as the Head of People & Culture Iberia at Coloplast since March 2011, Elena has also held various managerial positions within the company, including Iberia HR Manager and Spain HR Manager. As the Founder and Partner of Conversis since 2010 and an Executive Coach with the International Executive Coaching Association since 2009, Elena has demonstrated a commitment to leadership and coaching excellence. Prior roles include Human Resources Director at Cantabria Pharma, S.L., and USP Hospitales, as well as HR Director at Esprit Telecom/Global Telesystems. Elena began a successful HR career at Pepsico Frito Lay, starting as Burgos Plant Human Resources Manager. Educational credentials include a degree in Psychology with a focus on Industrial Psychology from Universidad Complutense de Madrid and an advanced program in Executive Coaching and Management from IE Business School.
