Marco Novarese

Marco Novarese has extensive experience in human resources, with a current role as Region Italy & Iberia HR Manager at Lavazza Group, a position held since February 2016, where previous roles included Region Italy & Switzerland HR Manager and Italy HR Business Partner. Prior to Lavazza, Marco worked as a Consultant at Business Integration Partners from March 2014 to January 2016 and as an HR Trainee at Costa Crociere from August 2013 to February 2014. Additionally, Marco has a background in legal work from a position at a law firm from April 2011 to July 2013. Marco holds an Advanced HR Management Program degree from SDA Bocconi (2019) and a Laurea in Giurisprudenza from Università degli Studi di Torino (2005-2010).
