Katie Koba

Katie Koba has extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as Human Resources Manager and Head of Talent Acquisition for North America at Coloplast since January 2018. Previously, Katie held various positions including Division Director and Recruiter at Robert Half Management Resources from March 2012 to December 2017, where expertise in providing HR professionals was developed. Earlier career roles included Campus Recruiter at Tata Consultancy Services and Executive Team Leader in Human Resources at Target. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management and Sociology from Hamline University, earned between 2004 and 2008.
