Lone Bay-Nielsen

Lone Bay-Nielsen has extensive experience in IT project management and service delivery, primarily at Coloplast, where tenure began in March 2006. As Head of IT Project Management, accomplishments include optimizing IT performance, developing local IT roadmaps, and successfully implementing new IT infrastructure during relocations and organization expansions. Career progression included roles as IT Project Manager, wherein significant projects involved global implementations such as Microsoft software rollouts and WAN standardization. From March 2014 to October 2023, responsibilities expanded to include overseeing core IT processes as Head of Global Service Delivery. Earlier roles included IT support and system administration at Coloplast and AK Techotel, respectively. Lone Bay-Nielsen holds several professional certifications, including ITIL and PRINCE2.
