Vivian Thomsen

Vivian Thomsen is an accomplished project management professional with extensive experience leading and improving project delivery in various sectors, including IT and consulting. Currently serving as the Head of Project Management for DSB, Vivian also contributes as a board member for the Danish Project Management Association since 2016. Previous roles include Project Director at KMD, Founder of Proimpact Consulting ApS, and Senior Manager at DONG Energy, overseeing significant project portfolios and cultivating project management cultures. With a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance from Aarhus University and a Management Diploma in Strategic IT Services, Vivian has a strong academic foundation complemented by a proven track record in project portfolio management, organizational development, and digital transformation.
