Mads Mikkelsen

Mads Mikkelsen is an experienced professional in human resources and leadership development, currently serving as the People & Culture Director for Innovation at Coloplast since May 2022, where Mads is a key member of multiple leadership teams. Prior to this role, Mads held a variety of positions including Chairperson at Soldatens Hus and Head of HR Operations at GN Group. Mads’ extensive background includes significant roles at Coloplast in HR business partnership and leadership development, as well as experience in talent development at Danske Bank. Mads has a solid military foundation with various leadership positions in the Danish Army, complemented by advanced education in change management, organizational development, and leadership.
