Małgorzata Seniów

Małgorzata Seniów is a Junior HRIT Specialist at Coloplast since October 2024. Previously, Małgorzata served as a Senior Administrator in People Operations at AUTODOC from December 2020 to June 2024, where involvement in international projects, including the implementation of the global system Workday, was prominent. Małgorzata's experience also includes roles as a Human Resources Specialist at Fliegel Textilservice and as a Business Consultant at Manpower Polska, focusing on recruitment projects, employee onboarding, and HR documentation for diverse employee groups. Małgorzata holds several degrees from Uniwersytet Szczeciński in fields related to informatics and e-business, and is currently pursuing a Postgraduate Degree in HR Controlling at Kozminski University.
