Melek Yigit Ucar is a seasoned professional in supply chain management with extensive experience in various roles across leading companies. Currently serving as a Senior Development Manager at Coloplast since November 2023, Melek focuses on supply chain process development and oversees the prioritization of Business Intelligence projects alongside critical process optimization. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Novo Nordisk, where roles ranged from Supply Chain Consultant to Sales & Operations Planning Partner, driving production site transfer projects and managing supply-demand balancing for diabetes active pharmaceutical ingredients. Additional experience includes project work with AREVA Wind GmbH and internships at IKEA, complemented by an engineering degree in Global Management and Manufacturing from the University of Southern Denmark and further education including an exchange at the University of Malta.
