Mihaly Horvath

Mihaly Horvath is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership development and organizational management. Currently serving as a Senior Leadership Development Manager at Coloplast since February 2022, Mihaly has previously held key roles within Philip Morris International from June 2013 to September 2020, including Area Manager Talent & Organization Development for Poland and the Baltics, and Cluster Management & Organization Development Manager. Earlier positions include Senior HR Manager for Leadership Development & Training and HR Manager at Johnson Controls, as well as various roles at Philip Morris Hungary, where Mihaly was involved in training management and project engineering. Mihaly holds a BSc in Economics and an MSc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Miskolc and is currently pursuing further education in photography.
