Wayne Jarvis

Wayne Jarvis has extensive experience in business development and portfolio strategy, particularly within the medical device industry. At Coloplast, Wayne served as Senior Director of Business Development and Portfolio Strategy, leading teams focused on M&A, equity investments, and distribution for the Interventional Urology division. Prior to this role, Wayne was the Director of Business Development and Portfolio Strategy, where responsibilities included driving inorganic growth and guiding the portfolio strategy team. Wayne's earlier roles include global Business Development lead for Coloplast's Interventional Urology unit and various positions at 3M, including Global Marketing Manager for Inhalation Drug Delivery. Wayne also has experience in strategy and business development through positions at Blue Ridge Partners, BMO Capital Markets, and Monroe Capital. Wayne holds an MBA with concentrations in Analytical Finance, Entrepreneurship, and General Management from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BBA in Accounting from William & Mary.
