Michele Matzat Lord

Michele Matzat Lord has over 30 years of work experience in various roles, primarily in marketing, business development, and project management. Michele is currently the Director of Marketing at Color Art, where they have been since 2020. Prior to that, they held positions such as Director of Client Development at S. M. Wilson & Co. from 2019 to 2020, Director of Business Development at BSA LifeStructures from 2011 to 2019, and Project Manager - Consultant Services at BJC HealthCare from 2009 to 2011. Michele has also worked as a Marketing Director and Office Manager at Lord Partners Real Estate, a Business Developer/Marketing Manager at HOK, and a Director of the University Center & Student Activities at Webster University. Michele began their career as a Coordinator of Student Activities at The University of South Dakota and later served as the Director of Leadership Programs at Hendrix College. Michele brings a wealth of experience and expertise to their current role as Director of Marketing at Color Art.

Michele Matzat Lord graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Washington University in St. Louis in 1990. Michele then pursued a Master's degree in Higher Education from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, which they completed in 1992. In 2020, Michele obtained a certification in "Sheryl Sandberg and Adam Grant on Option B: Building Resilience" from LinkedIn.
