Jim Schroeder

Jim Schroeder has over 25 years of work experience in procurement and supply chain management. Jim is currently the Director of Purchasing at Color Compass Corporation, a position they have held since December 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Procurement Manager at Energera Inc from April 2019 onwards. From July 2018 to April 2019, they served as a Vendor Manager at TELUS. Before that, they worked as a Supply Chain Manager at Civeo North America from April 2012 to July 2017. Jim also has valuable experience in procurement roles at Sobeys, where they held positions such as Procurement Manager, Buyer, Shift Supervisor, and Inventory Control Clerk from 2003 to 2012. Jim began their career at McKesson Canada as an Inventory Control Manager from September 1998 to November 2001. Jim also worked as a Buyer at McKesson from July 1997 to November 1998.

Jim Schroeder attended PMAC from 2008 to 2011, where they obtained a SCMP degree in Supply Chain Management. Prior to that, they attended the University of Alberta, where they completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics.
